- FREE GROUND SHIPPING, All on-line orders for Consolevault products exceeding $150 are shipped Ground Freight - FedEx Free
(Alaska and Hawaii excluded.)
- Freight to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at UPS or FedEx on-line estimated rates.
- LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE - If you find a lower
advertised price on-line, within 30 days of
purchase, we will refund 110% of the difference
to you. This does not include liquidations,
auctions and clear-out merchandise. In addition,
we will verify the lower net price, including
freight charges, taxes or any other applicable
charges from the competitor, prior to refund.
- FREE RETURN SHIPPING - If for any reason
within 30 days of receiving your Console Vault,
you are not satisfied with your Console Vault
product, we will pay the return ground shipping.

- All returned merchandise must have a return authorization (RMA) number. All 1-866-587-4712 to obtain an RMA number.
- Returned merchandise purchased on-line and not by bid or quote, will be shipped with ground freight prepaid by us. To arrange a return,
call us toll free 866-587-4712 to arrange for an RMA number. We will provide a shipping slip that is to be attached to the return carton. Any damages
to the product will be deducted from the refund. Returns of open carton or product used must be returned within 30 days. Any unopened, unused
Consolevault merchandise can be returned up to 1 year from purchase date. Partial order returns do not qualify. Returns after 30 days are not eligible for
prepaid return freight. Merchandise returned without an RMA number or parcels shipped collect will be refused.
